Black & Veatch (BV) is preparing Batangas Combined Cycle Power Plant Phase I 2x425MW plus Phase II 1x425MW Project in Philippines. 

 

Your company has been selected as a potential bidder and is invited to submit a proposal in English for the scope of Work in the subject line above and attached RFQ file. Your participation and response to this request is greatly appreciated.  

 

Proposals shall be prepared using the following documents:

·        Batangas CCPP_67.7700 Surface Condenser_Proposal Fill-in sheet _ for your commercial proposal, and must be completed and returned.  Your own format can be provided as reference;

·        Batangas CCPP_67.7700 Surface Condenser_RFP_Commercial Assembly_  including instruction to bidders and commercial General T&C and commercial deviation list;

·        67.7700 Surface Condenser RFP_   Technical Portion_Technical assembly

            

 

Please provide BOQ with size and weight as detailed as possible together with the proposal.

Please read all the RFP documents carefully and pay particular attention to the followings:

1. The proposal price is required to be valid for 6 months from the date of your submission;
2. The price currency shall be in US Dollars.
3. The delivery term is FOB Port of Export (Incoterm 2020).  Please include the price for export packing (suitable for ocean transportation) in your proposal. 

 

Proposals are due on or before time 5:00 pm CDT, 05-July-2021.
